The next group session of the Forgiveness Lab begins Saturday, May 4th and runs for four consecutive weeks until May 28th.
Forgiveness sets everyone free, but like any skill, it needs to be practiced in order to work.
This blended online and self-study program will give you new tools to help navigate old areas of discomfort with empowerment and create fresh, new possibilities in your life through the practice of forgiveness in real-time.
In this four-week online program, you will:
- gain new tools to help you navigate and heal unresolved emotions
- increase your emotional flexibility and resilience
- practice forgiveness in a compassionate, confidential environment
This class runs for four weeks May 7 - 28 via the course portal. We meet online beginning at 11am ET for 90 minutes. All sessions are recorded for your review if you are unable to make a class.
