Are you tired of carrying the burden of resentment, old pain, and emotional scars that hold you back? In this four-week online journey, you’ll find a safe space to learn, practice, and truly feel forgiveness. This isn’t about forgetting; it’s about freeing yourself and creating room for peace. With tools you can return to for life, you’ll cultivate resilience and kindness, and finally reclaim your sense of power and autonomy.Â
RECLAIM YOUR SENSE OF POWER AND AUTONOMY
FEEL LIGHTER AND UNBURNED BY OLD EMOTIONS
Do you recognize this?
Feeling weighed down by resentment, hurt, and the weight of old emotional pain—shame, blame, guilt. Struggling to move past challenging relationships or difficult events, no matter how much you wish to let them go. You want to embrace new experiences, but the old baggage keeps you from being present, from seizing the opportunities that come your way in relationships, in work, and in your relationship with yourself.
You want to practice forgiveness, but it feels overwhelming, maybe even impossible. Sometimes, staying “stuck” feels easier because it’s familiar, a coping mechanism that’s been passed down or modeled for you.
You’ve tried it all. Right?
You’ve read every book you could find on letting go, filled pages in your journal, and watched countless videos hoping for that one piece of advice that would finally click.
You’ve punched the crap out of a pillow—or maybe just sobbed into it uncontrollably. You’ve tried therapy, visited healers, maybe even traveled to faraway places, pouring time and money into solutions that only sometimes work.
You’ve sat in houses of worship, seeking guidance from spiritual leaders, hoping their words would offer some relief. But here you are, still searching, still feeling that heavy weight holding you back.

"Forgiving is not forgetting; it's actually remembering–remembering and not using your right to hit back. It's a second chance for a new beginning. And the remembering part is particularly important. Especially if you don't want to repeat what happened." - Desmond Tutu

Hi, nice to meet you!
 I’m AnnaÂ
I’m an author, speaker, and interdisciplinary healing arts practitioner. I’m also a burlesque performer, producer, and teacher, celebrating and elevating the body’s incredible gift of creative expression.
For over 20 years, I’ve been immersed in the healing arts, exploring modalities like dance, bodywork, breathwork, reiki, and counseling. After struggling with destructive behaviors in my early years, I found myself on a transformative path to healing in my early 20s. Along the way, I’ve learned how to reeducate my shadow self, turning it into a powerful ally. Now, I’m honored to support others as they navigate their own profound and deeply personal journeys.
JOIN ME INSIDE
¨I highly recommend The Forgiveness Lab if you are even slightly ready to adjust your relationship to holding old hurts and make space for new possibility. Anna is a respectful, thoughtful guide in exploring a vulnerable space. Offering a different way of understanding and working with forgiveness and practical tools you can continue using. This space felt safe and supportive for being vulnerable and open, and I am much lighter and ready to welcome in more nourishing and supportive things having cleared away old stories, even small parts of them. I look forward to working with these tools more!¨ - Eva D’Luscious
This is what is inside The Forgiveness Lab
 WEEK 1Â
YOUR SELF
We establish a foundation for forgiveness with your relationship to yourself. We begin to cultivate clarity and a loving connection to self that will illuminate the work ahead.
Each one of us is the root focal point of our own lives. We can only see in others what is already present within ourselves, and so when we forgive ourselves, we can more easily begin to forgive others.
 WEEK 2Â
FAMILY AND PARTNERS
We expand our practice of forgiveness to those who are closest to us.
Your family of origin and those most intimately close to you; siblings, parents, children, other family members, partners, ex-partners. These relationships can be our most intense and confronting mirror.
 WEEK 3Â
FRIENDS, GROUPS & COMMUNITIES
We continue to expand our focus, this time into the groups you belong to or participate in. Whether school, religious affiliation, community where you live or share common pursuits or interests.
 WEEK 4Â
SYSTEMS AND STRUCTURES
We complete the program with the widest lens: the systems and structures we either passively or actively participate in.
The systems we ascribe and subscribe to in our lives are their own consciousness and their own structure. We examine our attachment to those systems and notice who we are with and without them.

Letting go is one of the hardest things we as humans can do.
And yet as we learn to let go, we gain wisdom and valuable experience that helps us make more informed decisions. You may not be able to change the past, but you can create a new future starting now. The practice of forgiveness is the keystone of the bridge toward healing. What do you have to lose? What do you have to gain?
